Dr. Blehart regularly provides clinical services and in-court testimony on behalf of individuals seeking asylum status and other immigration-based concerns. She frequently works pro-bono alongside the National Immigrant Justice Center (NIJC) in support of their work ensuring human rights protections and access to justice for all immigrants, refugees, and asylum seekers. She has also provided services for private firms such as Winston & Strawn LLP, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, DLA Piper, Maggio + Kattar, and others.
