Dr. Blehart provides psychological evaluations and expert testimony in support of immigration-based legal proceedings, including asylum cases and other humanitarian protections.

She frequently collaborates with the National Immigrant Justice Center (NIJC), supporting their work to advance human rights protections and expand access to justice for immigrants, refugees, and asylum seekers.

Dr. Blehart has also provided evaluation services for private firms including Winston & Strawn LLP, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, DLA Piper, Maggio + Kattar, and others.
